About Tom

I have been playing saxophone since 1979. I got to very good high school level, reaching first chair of the Pennsylvania district band, second chair of regional band, and playing as one of five saxes in Pennsylvania’s 1988 all-state jazz bands. I played in Penn State’s top jazz band, Centre Dimensions for 2 years. I played and recorded in the Philadelphia-based rock band They Eat Their Young in the mid-90s.

I now compose, arrange, and record my original songs, and publish them on MakingMyOwnMusic.com, where I also record an audio podcast talking about my recordings. I am now looking to help other composers and producers who need a saxophone for their recording, by recording the part and allowing them to mix it into their recording in as they see fit.
